Henna Booking Policies

Appointment Times

Henna services are provided during your reserved appointment time. If you arrive late, your appointment will still conclude at the scheduled end time so that we may honor other scheduled bookings.

Individual Appointments

Henna appointments are reserved for the individual who booked the service unless otherwise arranged in advance. If you would like additional guests to receive henna, please contact us before your appointment so we can schedule the appropriate service.

 

Appointment Location

For the privacy and safety of both clients and the artist, the appointment location is shared only with the individual who booked the appointment. Additional guests are not permitted unless approved in advance.

Extended Henna Sessions & Henna Parties

Extended Henna Sessions and Henna Parties are designed for different experiences.

Extended Henna Sessions are intended for bridal henna or intricate custom designs that require additional time and are held at the Bodi by Samirah studio.

Henna Parties are designed for groups of three or more guests and take place at the client's chosen location.

If the henna artist is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, your Henna Party will still receive the full booked service time. If the host or guests are delayed, services will conclude at the originally scheduled end time.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of henna services, refunds are not available once services have been provided.

How long does henna last?

Henna typically lasts 1–3 weeks, depending on your skin type, placement, aftercare, and daily activities.

Do you use natural henna?

Yes! Every henna paste is made with natural henna powder, essential oils, and quality ingredients to provide a beautiful, long-lasting stain.

How can I get the darkest stain?
For the best results, leave the henna paste on for as long as possible, avoid water for the first 12–24 hours after removal, and keep the area moisturized. Proper aftercare helps your stain continue to deepen over the next 24–48 hours.

Can children receive henna?
Absolutely! Henna is a wonderful way to celebrate special occasions for all ages. Children should be supervised by a parent or guardian throughout their appointment.
